Fiat G.91 R/4
The G.91 is a lightweight fighter-bomber jet, which entered service of Italian Air Force in the early 60s. The model G.91 R/4 was originally built for Greece and Turkey, and later on it was sent to Portugal, where it was in service until 1993. It was extensively used in Portuguese Colonial War in 60-70s. The armament of G.91 R/4 consists of 4 x Browning Colt M3 12. 7 mm machine guns and a 4 x under-wing pylon stations with a capacity of 680 kg bomb and rockets loadouts, including four AIM-9B Sidewinder AAMs or 4 air-to-surface Nord missiles. |
