Giulio Cesare was a Conte di Cavour-class battleship built for the Royal Italian Navy. Launched in 1911 and commissioned in 1914, the ship took part in operations of the Italian fleet in the Mediterranean during the First World War. In the game, the battleship is represented in its modernized 1939 configuration.

The main armament consists of two twin and two triple turrets mounting 320 mm/44 guns. The secondary battery includes six twin 120 mm/50 mounts and four twin 100 mm/50 mounts. The anti‑aircraft suite is comprised of twelve 37 mm/54 automatic guns and twelve 13.2 mm heavy machine guns.
