Chi-He (5th Regiment)
The Chi-He medium tank was designed in the early 1940s based on the Chi-Ha Kai, though it offers many improvements over it. It features a more powerful 240 hp engine to compensate for the additional armor, which has been increased to 50 mm at the front. It’s equipped with an impressive 47 mm cannon, offering good penetration, damage, and reload speed. It also has a shoulder stabilizer for the gunner, keeping the cannon stable and accurate at low speeds, which will help you get the first shot off if you encounter an enemy on the move. Ki-44-I 34 Shoki
The Ki-44-I 34 is a small but powerful fighter developed in the early 1940s with a strong focus on climb rate. Alongside its swift climb to altitude, the Ki-44 is fast, with a top speed of over 550 km/h, which it maintains well at altitude. Despite being a more speed-focused aircraft, it’s still highly agile and can turn and roll effortlessly. With good flap management, you can outmaneuver the vast majority of enemy aircraft. It’s equipped with two 12.7 mm and two 7.7 mm machine guns, with the former loaded with powerful HEF-I rounds, capable of bringing down any fighter with an accurate burst. |
